In Memory of H. G. Wells
Each year, the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association presents the H. G. Wells Outstanding Trial Lawyer Award to an actively practicing trial lawyer engaged primarily in representing injured and damaged plaintiffs in personal injury. The lawyer is one who, in his or her legal career, has demonstrated high ethical standards, exceptional professional conduct, trial advocacy skills and accomplishments, thus enhancing the image and reputation of the plaintiff trial lawyer.
H. G. Wells was a gifted, talented and widely respected plaintiff’s trial lawyer. He was a frequent confidant, great mentor and wonderful inspiration for the firm and a friend to all. He was also a
